Free Estimates: We offer free, no-obligation estimates upon request.
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Deposits: A deposit may be required before beginning service.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payments: We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule service appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
CBS Professional Painters reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities
Ensure the area to be painted is accessible and cleared of valuables or obstructions before service begins.
Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or booking services.
Maintain a safe environment for our team while work is being performed.
5. Warranties & Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 7 days and we will address your concerns promptly.
Warranty coverage may vary by project and materials used; specific warranty terms will be included in your written estimate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of CBS Professional Painters and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
CBS Professional Painters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services or website.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
